Introduction
Welcome to Saja Company, a Saudi company registered with National Number
7050680649, operating under the trade name "Saja," which is registered with the
Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property under number (TM-01-00-07957-25). These
Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our services and electronic
platforms. Your use of our services constitutes your explicit acceptance of these
terms, which form a binding contract between you ("the Customer") and Saja
Company ("the Company").
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly the Tourism Law and its executive regulations
issued by the Ministry of Tourism.
1. Scope of Services
1.1. The Company's services, under the license granted by the Ministry of Tourism,
are limited to "marketing and managing bookings for tourist accommodation units."
1.2. The Company acts as an intermediary between the Customer and accommodation
service providers ("Hospitality Facilities"). The Company clarifies that the terms and
conditions of the Hospitality Facilities may also apply to your booking, and you should
review them.
2. Booking and Payment Procedures
2.1. Booking Requirements: The Customer must provide correct and
complete personal information when completing the booking process. The Company is
obligated to verify the accuracy of the tourist's personal data when booking a tourist
accommodation facility.
2.2. Booking Document: Upon completion of the booking, the Company
will issue an official "Booking Document" to the Customer. This document is the
contractual reference for the service and must contain the following information:
- The booking date, duration, and total price in Saudi Riyals.
- A detailed list of services included in the booking.

The specific booking, cancellation, and modification policy for the reservation.

The mechanism for paying and refunding any security deposits (if applicable).
- Contact information for Saja Company's customer service.

Contact information for the official tourism hotline of the Ministry of Tourism.
2.3. Pricing and Transparency:

The Company is committed to announcing all service prices in both Arabic and
English, inclusive of all statutory fees and taxes.
- The Company shall adhere to the prices declared in the Booking Document.
2.4. Payment Methods:

The Company provides secure electronic payment methods, including at a minimum
"Visa" and "Mastercard" credit cards.

A detailed payment receipt in both Arabic and English will be issued for any amount
paid.

The Company is prohibited from deducting any amounts from the Customer's credit
card that were not explicitly agreed upon in the Booking Document.
3. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation by the Customer: Cancellation or modification requests
by the Customer are subject to the policy specified in their respective "Booking
Document."
3.2. Failure to Provide Service: In the event that the Customer is unable
to check into the booked unit despite having a confirmed reservation, or if the
Hospitality Facility fails to provide the agreed-upon service, the Company is obligated
to offer the Customer a choice between:

A) Provide an alternative accommodation unit of equal value and standard to the
agreed-upon service.

B) Immediate refund of all amounts paid by the Customer, without deducting any
administrative fees or penalties.
3.3. Special Cases: Clause (3.2) also applies to:
- Interruption of essential services (such as electricity or water) for >2 hours.

Closure of the Hospitality Facility by an official order from a competent authority.

Evacuation of the Hospitality Facility for reasons related to public health or safety.
3.4. Force Majeure: If service cannot be provided due to force majeure,
the Company shall comply with the directives issued by the competent authorities in
KSA.
4. Company Obligations and Service Standards

Regulatory compliance with all instructions issued by the Ministry of Tourism.

Use of accurate data and photographs that reflect actual accommodation units.

Communication in both Arabic and English across all official platforms.

Cooperation with inspectors from the Ministry of Tourism.
5. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information when making a booking.

Review and comply with the terms of the Hospitality Facility where the booking was
made.

Comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the
stay.
6. Privacy Policy and Information Security

The Company will maintain confidentiality of Customer information and not share
without consent, per regulations.

Any official documents received for bookings will be safeguarded and returned
securely.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- Customer inquiries and complaints handled 24/7.

Complaints can be sent via Email or Phone (details to be added in Booking
Document).

Calls and correspondence may be recorded for one year for quality and inspection.

Customers may escalate complaints to the Ministry of Tourism if unsatisfied.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement is governed by KSA law.
- Disputes fall under jurisdiction of KSA competent courts.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by all clauses.
